Summary
A former corporate slave is reincarnated as Lux, the Seventh Prince of the Empire, who had been abandoned by his father the emperor because of his extremely low magic power and was known as the “Useless Prince.” Realizing his position, shunned even by the imperial family, he begins training to gain magic power in order to protect himself and his beloved mother, Sonya, from the succession battles raging among the princes. I'm torn. Honestly, if she marries the prince the whole issue of her being the last of that fallen kingdom's royalty becomes moot. However, as much as she likes the prince, I think her feelings for the magician are stronger. Both have been her childhood friends, both are absolutely in love with her... both would make good husbands... there's probably going to be some twist in the end; the prince dies to protect her, the magician turns out to be her half-brother, etc... but right now it's a toss-up between the two, for me.
