Summary
The OutCast manga summary: The grave of Zhang Chunan long-dead grandfather was desecrated by a group of mysterious people, but his grandfather corpse wasnt the only thing they dug up. Secrets and mysteries surrounding the Zhang family begin to surface, and Zhang Chunan is apparently more than just an ordinary college student desperate to be rid of his virginity.
... and the second season of the Anime did a better job of pacing than I thought they would. I think they moved the Elf village arc from before hostilities with the Principality began to the inter-war period, aka the start of the second season, and used that to pad it out.
