Summary
From Yanime:
A boy named Yuuto Seo moves from Hokkaido, where he's lived all his life, to Tokyo. He first fears he must give up speed skating, his hobby, but he soon finds places to skate and people to skate with. The second series by Hotta Yumi (creator of Hikaru no Go).
I guess they're drawing it out a bit, though this new character's motives seem slightly more complicated than a personal grudge. Wonder if she left her name in the hopes that it will make it's way back the the Wife...
