Summary
The summer break is over and a new term begins, with it the time to decide on the new Student Council President starts.
I'm guessing the author finally realized just how deep the plot-hole was that he had dug himself into. Funny how it required an exposition dump in the form of a letter to move things along to the next story-arc.
