Summary
The story is Shizuka’s awakening to life as a vampire, while she befriends classmates and fellow Epicureans, and tries to befriend Ichi-gou. Shizuka, on account of never feeding directly from a person is runty, and her bat wings are little, but with help she learns to find the idea of sucking Ichi-gou’s blood alluring.
I'm torn. Honestly, if she marries the prince the whole issue of her being the last of that fallen kingdom's royalty becomes moot. However, as much as she likes the prince, I think her feelings for the magician are stronger. Both have been her childhood friends, both are absolutely in love with her... both would make good husbands... there's probably going to be some twist in the end; the prince dies to protect her, the magician turns out to be her half-brother, etc... but right now it's a toss-up between the two, for me.
