Summary
In the near future, Japanese government successfully developed a new energy "Ψ" called psi that have been laid under its land from ancient time. Sakuya, Goht and Leon who are special forces "Kerberos" who dedicate themselves to protect the secret of Ψ from various powers.
The strongest solder is a beautiful girl, Sakuya. She has a trauma but stands with team members, Goht and Leon, who admit her strength and weakness.
Living with the Loathsome feelings of Bitter Satisfaction is far better than helplessly watching the Corrupt and Self-Serving service their Greed at the expense of the very lives of others. He's all in on Revenge, not Justice. He isn't looking to give them what they deserve, he's looking to stop the monsters, permanently. Whatever, it's all Sophistry in the end.
